High performance and ultra-HEPA – disposable filter cage (HEPA/ULPA)
FEATURES
The disposable box set is designed for the dry ceiling skeleton of the clean room, and the designer can configure the usage to meet the specifications and operating costs.
Based on the number of filters used in the ceiling, the air circulation rate and the overall clean room design, this laminar flow filter can provide cleanliness standards ranging from 1 to 100,000.
- Disposable HEPA high efficiency filter cage
Efficiency: PAO 99.99%, 99.995% at 0.3µm
Standard: EN1822, Class H13 / H14. - Disposable ULPA ultra high efficiency filter cage
Efficiency: PAO 99.9995%, 99.99995% at 0.12µm
Standard: EN1822, Class U15 / U16 - The size of the air inlet is 14″, 12″, 10″, 8″ to choose from.
- A large-volume air filter is also available.
- Provide a variety of configurations to meet various strict clean requirements.
