Qaulity Policy Statement
The purpose of Quality Assurance is to ensure that products meet the expected quality level and reliability under the established schedule and budget, and pave the way for the establishment of subsequent feasible quality control programs.
HYTECH strictly self-expects as the “behind the scenes of Taiwan’s new technology industry”. In order to ensure the seamless integration of the planning, design, construction, and management processes of various operation and maintenance projects, and to show the timeliness value to meet the needs and trust of the industry, we have established Complete quality assurance system, strict and detailed regulations on clean room operation and maintenance planning, contract quality, effect testing, personnel control, education and training, etc., and look forward to creating a high-level process environment and providing professional leaders Engineering services and Taiwan’s new technology industry create a peak internationally, enhance the core value of the industry, and contribute to Taiwan’s industry.
															Professional Project
- Dust-free equipment maintenance
 - Falling dust verification and test management
 - Heating and air conditioning engineering

HYTECH has strict quality assurance procedures and operation requirements for the various clean equipment systems that constitute the clean room. It provides complete after-sales service and installation and warranty. It is known for its prompt service. It has established an "operation and maintenance emergency team", emphasizing on assisting customers in troubleshooting various equipment conditions in the shortest time.
Operation and maintenance service content:
- Dust-free clean equipment regular maintenance
 - Remote troubleshooting of dust-free clean equipment
 - Dust-free clean equipment urgently called for repair

The main application of Cleanroom is to remove pollutants such as fine dust particles in the space, thereby obtaining a clean working environment. In the dust-free air conditioning system, an important mechanism for removing pollutants such as suspended particles in the air is the air filter that is layered according to efficiency. Therefore, the regular replacement of the air filter is particularly important. Otherwise, if the clean room air conditioner continues to operate, its performance will be useless. In order to ensure the quality of the clean room, HYTECH has strict quality certification and requirements for the air filter related to the clean room.
Clean room equipment filter manufacturer:
- Production in a clean room environment, can be manufactured according to special needs, large air volume, and customized sizes.
 - The HEPA / ULPA Filter air filters provided have all passed the PAO leakage and efficiency test of particle counting, and have been checked by HYTECH. The quality and performance are worthy of your trust.

The air filter of conventional clean room air conditioner is divided into:
- Primary efficiency filter
 - Intermediate efficiency filter
 - HEPA high efficiency filter
 - ULPA ultra-high efficiency filter

Clean room applications can be roughly divided into two categories: BCR Biological Cleanroom and ICR Industrial Cleanroom. At present, the global classification of clean room micro-pollution control levels mostly adopts "US Federal FS- 209E" and "ISO-14644-1" are two major standards. To ensure the efficiency of clean rooms, HYTECH provides professional and complete 3rd party clean and clean room testing services.
Validation project content:
- Falling dust test
 - Differential pressure test
 - Ventilation times
 - Temperature and humidity test
 - Wind speed uniformity test
 - High efficiency filter HEPA leakage rate test

※The instruments used in the test are calibrated regularly, and the calibration is valid within one year.
※Effective standards are in compliance with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Technical Committee 207 (TC), referred to as ISO/TC 207, the specifications proposed by the International Environmental Technical Committee.
